Security Escort Supervisor

Responsibilities

General:

• To escort non-UK nationals in UK only areas during installation, commissioning, building, erecting steel, concrete pouring equipment
• Control of Secure building entry on site
• Control access for rooms entered
• Any other worked tasked by Project Manager Office Erbil and UK
• Control Entry on to site and search sub-contractors for smart phones and other banned equipment

Specific:

• Provide administration for all KBR Security Team
• Provide on-site training for all KBR Security Team
• Manage staff availability and working hours in coordination with Customer and the Main Contractor requirements
• Liaison with KBR Erbil based Project Manager
• Liaison with KBR on site Health and Safety lead to provide adequate training and understanding for KBR team process
• Preparation and submission of all forms required
• Report any security breaches to UK PMO and Erbil Project Manager
• Provide weekly report to KBR Erbil Project Manager

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Must either have or be able to obtain an SC Clearance
• UK National only (not dual national) due to the nature of the project
• Worked in the UK for 5 years continuously with no long spells working abroad unless with the military
• Driving licence

Desirable:

• Construction Background and Certifications
• UK Ex Military

Essential:

Experience and Skills:

• Willingness to work long days, and weekends
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational skills

Desirable:

• Previous guarding or security experience
