As a Quality Assurance (Manual) Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our new cross-platform client. You will work closely with our development team to identify, report, and resolve issues, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of the cross-platform client to identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers to communicate issues, provide feedback, and verify fixes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure optimal performance and functionality across different platforms and devices.
• Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records of testing activities.
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on potential quality issues and ensure testability of new features.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the QA team.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, risks, and recommendations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
