Producer

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Impact: Collaborate in the planning and management of digital campaigns and products across various projects. This includes conducting comprehensive research and taking part in all phases of content development. Your work will contribute to our mission of “Creating Positive Change” and positively impacting audiences.
• Research for Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the digital content landscape by conducting ongoing research on production-related topics. This knowledge will inform your content creation strategies and help us remain innovative and influential.
• Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Engage collaboratively with a diverse team, offering support to create and publish content that aligns seamlessly with each project’s objectives.
• Creative Collaboration: Actively participate in daily and weekly editorial and production meetings, bringing forth creative ideas and insights that represent diverse perspectives. Your input will enhance our content and contribute to our mission.
• Quality Content Oversight: Oversee the production and publication of content across multiple platforms. Collaborate closely with the department’s senior team, including the Head of Production, Production Manager, and Managing Editor, to ensure our content maintains high standards of quality.
• Effective Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with the Managing Editor, Production Manager, and the Head of Production. This will help address challenges promptly and ensure a smooth workflow, enhancing our content’s impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with various teams to continuously develop and enhance our content quality and creative standards. Embrace diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive environment to elevate our content offerings.

Qualifications:

• BA in Journalism, or communications
• Content creation background
• Experience working in international organizations
• Bilingual knowledge in Arabic in English is preferable
