Job Responsibilities

• Assists Lodging Supervisor in maintaining a supply of ready housing within the Life Support Area (LSA) for arriving personnel.
• Resolve issues related to housing.
• Monitor Lodging Technicians in the performance of their job duties.
• Monitor temporary or permanent living quarters for client and other civilian contractors.
• Coordinate activities to ensure proper maintenance, safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to.
• Responsible for maintaining vacancy/occupancy rates.
• Supervise, escort and direct sub-contractor employees.
• Maintain proper inventory of supplies for living quarters and cleaning.
• Maintain Key Control responsibility as assigned by Supervisor.
• Works with operations to ensure service orders for living quarters are completed in a timely manner.
• Work at the customer service desk providing friendly, professional service to the customer and perform all administrative duties associated with bachelor quarters management including, receiving reservations, assigning designated quarters, updating Billeting occupancy data, updating and tracking.
• Change of occupancy, scheduling inspections and all other tasks as applicable. Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Five (5) years of experience in related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid HOR driver’s license and international driving permit (IDP) is required.
• Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Prior Military/ LOGCAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in time management.
• Good people and customer service skills.
• Advance Computer Skills (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.).

Physical Requirements And Work Conditions

• Physical requirements may include lifting to 35 lbs., team lifting 50 lbs., climbing, extended sitting and standing, stooping, stretching, or bending.
• Individuals must be able to sit and concentrate for extended periods.
