Provide high level administrative and clerical support to the Digital Health Programs to support the efficient and effective outcomes and deliverables of all associated projects.

The Role

  • Manage the Digital Health generic inbox and ensure the efficient and effective flow of information, including assisting in day-to-day problem solving.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations of the office, under the direction of the Senior Manager, including managing office supplies and equipment and being proactive in Work Health and Safety activities to ensure compliance with departmental standards and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Extract, compile and verify data and information to assist in the preparation of reports that will support project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support, including undertaking basic research activities to assist in preparing and compiling confidential correspondence and other sensitive business documentation, background notes, meeting agendas, papers, and minutes.
  • Set up and maintain templates and databases and undertake Word processing and quality data entry, utilising a range of software packages with a high degree of accuracy.

Details of Appointment

Fixed term, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 31 December 2026.

  • notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
  • Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.

Salary: $71,661 – $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
