Role Summary

The role described involves overseeing and managing various aspects of financial planning, reporting, and control within an organization.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports, Monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs. budget) and monthly cash flow forecast.
• Complete analysis of financial results, develop recommendations (strategic and tactical) that coming from management.
• Deep preparation of month-end, year-end financial statements.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
• Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
• Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans.
• Sense of responsibility to control cost on a way that ensuring we are providing with high quality with lower cost
• Participate in key decisions about strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution.
• Participate in decisions with regional & central teams to comply with global standards
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
• Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues and all reconciliation related.
• Develop and manage accounting staff.
• Oversee weekly cash management
• Represent company in efforts with third parties.
• Prepare various analyzes and reports required by corporate development efforts.
• Oversee financing activities, as well as banking relationships.
• Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting, oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
• Mentor and develop teams in terms of managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
• Lead the inquires and requests coming from the committee of the internal control regarding the financial activities
• Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is mandatory.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as MSD, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred. Familiarity with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel is also essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Must manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
