Inherited from our client, their subsidiary has dedicated R&D team and innovative technologies, and our global presence brings their subsidiary partners the various product ranges in each application.
 The Role
Our client’s subsidiary is now looking for a Thermal Security & Thermography Business Development Manager who should have full experiences in security business and market (thermal/infrared preferred), maintaining existing customers/integrators with strategies and data analysis capability; developing Thermal Security market by approaching and building solid relationship with Distributors, Integrators End Users; basic technical comprehension and support. The Business Development Manager should be able to act as an ambassador for the company and our client’s subsidiary’s brand.
The Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues from our client’s subsidiary HQ.
- Maintain distributors and integrators channel, explore new distributors/integrators, and work with our client’s subsidiary Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager in the region.
- Promote our client’s subsidiary’s products and solutions to the target distributors, integrators, dealers and other partners.
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Actively support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to our client’s subsidiary’s products and solutions.
- Prepare reports required by the management.
The Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experiences in the related industries.
- Strong connections in public sector, preferable existing project corporation history with MOI and MOD, etc.
- The ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
- Fluent in English.
- You are self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
- You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal ability.
- Solid experience and skills in MS Outlook and related products.
- Great communication skills and willingness of learning new skills.
- A positive attitude.
- A strong initiative, honesty and integrity.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Willingness to travel.
