Your mission
As a Content Intelligence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and engagement on the Baly Group’s platform. You will be responsible for expanding and enriching our vendor database, ensuring our content is both engaging and informative. Your efforts will contribute directly to the strategic expansion of our service areas and the overall satisfaction of our users.
Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Proactively add new vendors to the platform, ensuring a rich diversity of options for users. Maintain and update existing vendor profiles for accuracy and quality.
- Content Development: Design and implement visually engaging banners and carousels to highlight featured vendors, special promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Strategic Expansion: Identify and launch new service areas to widen the app’s reach and cater to a larger audience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to synchronize content strategies with broader business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all content to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and user feedback to continuously refine and optimize content strategies.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the performance of content and vendors, employing data-driven approaches to enhance outcomes.
- Vendor Support: Offer ongoing support and training to vendors on content best practices, ensuring they maximize their visibility and success on the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to drive content strategy and decision-making.
- Creative Flair: A keen eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to strategize content expansion and engage a broad audience.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude for presenting ideas and information clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic HTML, and data analysis tools.
- Team Collaboration: Proven experience in working collaboratively across different departments to achieve business goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adapt strategies on the go.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends in content strategy, digital marketing, and user experience.
