Wood
- Conduct tenders and negotiate contracts in compliance with established local Procurement processes and procedures, and applicable local laws and regulations.
- Administer a portfolio of contracts (post award) including amendment execution, issue resolution with suppliers, maintenance of contract details in Maximo (ERP System) and proper monitoring of expiring contracts.
- Interact with business lines to clarify requirements, agree on procurement strategy, and address queries and issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place as per agreed processes and procedures in order to support cost recovery activities.
- Develop relationship with all stakeholders involved in the Procurement process (i.e., suppliers, business lines, BOC (National Oil Company) counterparts, project partners and support functions such as Law, Tax, Controllers and Treasurers).
- Negotiate standard contract terms and conditions.
