Job Summary: The GE Vernova Internship Program is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains students who meet the required criteria to perform their internship program in a corporate function. This is a 3-month program with possibility to extend up to 6 months and aims to develop the general skills of the intern with on-the-job knowledge and experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support on managing Key customers and Business Operations activities for GE Vernova team.
- Supporting the Vernova team on the Sales and Execution Operations.
- Assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/her major where the intern can develop Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him to the work environment.
- Develop an Operations Rhythm that would track and highlight how the team is moving towards meeting their target and achieving customers satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications)
- 3rd or senior year (undergraduate student) or fresh graduates from Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering backgrounds from accredited universities or relevant experience
- Active listener with good communication skills in English & Arabic
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive with high level of integrity
- Strives to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams
- Ability and willingness to travel different sites within Iraq when required
