As the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for the overall site outage execution including leading the on-site execution team to deliver a successful outage.
- Translating contract into detailed project plans while guiding internal execution to meet project targets.
- Leading the site team to manage the outage schedule to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones, control risk and enhance project profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to expand the project to bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements.
- Anticipating risks and establishing risk mitigation plans to minimize re-work and downtime for the customer and delivering best safety and quality outages.
- Providing continuous communication to customer concerning site status to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Striving to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction & HSE to become trusted advisor to customers.
- Continuous communication with BH office and management teams to coordinate outage deliverables and customers’ issues resolutions.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
- Have experience of Field Services, with a focus on rotating equipment, especially Heavy-Duty Gas Turbines.
- Have 3+ years of experience in site planning activities.
- Have fluency in Arabic and English
- Be willing to work at site.
