Job Specific Accountabilities:
 Monitors Hikma’s sales activities through providing field support to sales function, to ensure the achievement of sales targets and guarantee proper implementation of sales plans.
 Conducts regular research on the specialized products, to gain deep knowledge and understanding in the specific product line.
 Visits doctors, medical professionals, and pharmacists on a regular basis, in order to promote Hikma’s specialized products, disseminate product information and convey company messages to achieve monthly sales target.
 Follows up on client’s needs and troubleshoot their issues, to ensure work is conducted in an effective and timely manner.
 Gathers information about market conditions, suppliers, and new trends by using various research methods, to identify new opportunities for the growth of Hikma.
 Participates in organising and conducting conferences and lectures on Hikma’s specialized products, 2 Confidential to build brand awareness, networks, and contacts.
 Generates accurate sales reports and sales-related activities, to monitor sales targets, competitor intelligence, present updates on the marketplace, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
 Collaborates with field sales supervisor and marketing manager, to determine the product’s future direction and identify new markets for upcoming and existing products.
 Communicates with clients in regard to delivery dates, quantities, and other requirements (ex. special prints), to ensure client needs are met.
 Analyses and follows up on client requirements as conveyed through requests for proposals, and assists in building proposal/tender content accordingly, to support the perspective of purchasing sales, and financial function. Continuous Improvement.Â
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Â
: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Minimum Experience:Â 2-5 years relevant experience in the commercial sector.
