In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and executive performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including but not limited to Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign management to ensure new customers and Return on Investment (ROI) targets are being met.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI while meeting acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Lead marketing technology stack to improve user acquisition performance: attribution, incrementality measurement, growth data systems, LTV model, etc
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions, track and report on key performance metrics, and gauge marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the creative team to drive an effective creative growth engine
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and larger marketing teams on cross-functional growth projects

This is a consulting position; with a potential right to hire for the right fit.

Job requirements

What You Bring To The Table

  • 4+ years experience in a performance-based user acquisition role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
  • Experience running performance-based campaigns on channels like Google and Meta
  • Deep understanding of funnels, conversions, CAC/LTV, and the levers to pull to drive growth with a focus on acquisition
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong knowledge of Amplitude or Google Analytics, and data manipulation tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. Preferred SQL skills.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing technology and attribution models.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Data teams
  • Experience testing new media channels in terms of exploration, evaluation, and scaling in the US and abroad

  1. Performance marketing subject matter expertise: knows best practices and hidden nuances of managing growth marketing spending to drive ROI for the business—proficiency in Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  2. Analytical problem solver: uses data to solve business problems. Knowledge of CAC & LTV components – comfortable using and giving direction on how to adjust data models to best serve growth marketing
  3. Technical marketing expertise: proficiency in tracking and attribution. Able to engage with engineering to debug attribution issues, adjust data tables, and create landing pages.
  4. High Sense of Ownership: independently identifies problems and drives consensus on how to solve them.
