Service Planner APIP
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the planning of all technical service work in coordination with the Country Technical Manager. Additionally, the purpose is also to engage with Service Account Managers to obtain customer specific work requirements to plan the work and assign resources in an optimal way.
Key responsibilities
- Technical Service work planning — long term planning of preventive maintenance, projects, training, vacation– short term planning of corrective maintenance and quality related demands
- Coordinate with FSE/SAM &Technical Managers for tasks on daily basis. Securing of booking of Service activities in SAP (or existing system), according to the standardized processes and specifications
- Plan Activities & update FSM Service Board in coordination with relevant SAM/TM/CTM. Responsible to ensure on time reporting of FSE & request of WO & CS Orders prior to service activity.
- Ensuring that technical documentation of work performed are complete and according to the company processes.
- FSM/MDA Level 1 or 2 releaser as designated. To ensure all reports are checked/ edited/ to correct work allocations, and asses for invoicing if applicable as per contractual term.
- Maintain Systems/Reports/Dashboards and documents files as applicable for Service work reports, After sales service files, Equipment/tools, Monthly production & efficiency figures.
- Timely invoicing & tracking of the activities (suppliers and customers) where applicable
- Ensure & maintain teams’ understanding and implement the pertinent operational and contractual requirements to properly invoice, plan and allocate activities and parts.
- Supervise the Storekeeper for the timely order preventive maintenance parts in advance and maintain logistics activities per company processes (inventory management, ordering, receiving, documentation etc.)
- Prepare monthly reports on FSE time utilization and over time.
- Handling the administration work in an efficient manner.
- Initiate process improvements, technical innovations, guidelines etc.
- Coach and develop less experienced staff in multiple areas.
- Take on special projects as required by line manager which may include inter-departmental collaboration.
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education
- University Degree in Technical Discipline/Preferably in Electronics.
- 2-5+ Years Experience in Engineering field/service administration
- Proficiency in written and verbal English is mandatory.
