Travel: Frequent Travel between project sites

Position Description
The Teller & Documentation Officer will be responsible for data entry of loan applications, and processing cash transaction on Siraj Finance (NEF Lending Management System). The Teller & Documentation Officer will provide support to the applicants outreach operations and follow up on required documentation in coordination with loan officers.
Responsibilities
- Create loan applications and uploading all required documents to Siraj Finance (NEF Lending Management System);
- Maintain applicants’ information to ensure accuracy;
- Process all loan repayments and loan disbursements cash transactions efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner;
- Follow up with field staff on missing documents in coordination with loan officers;
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if identified.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
- 2 years’ experience with a financial services institution;
- Typing speed and high accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communications skills.
