Job Specific Accountabilities
Drafts marketing proposals and conducts market research, data gathering and market analysis, to present updates on the marketplace and identify opportunities for growth.
Assists in the preparation of communication plans for a narrow product range, to ensure that the company is aware of anticipated performance.
Ensures that all marketing activities are consistent with set brand guidelines, in order to ensure a consistent message and image.
Ensures that all market records and databases are maintained in an organised manner, to facilitate easy data retrieval.
Assists in the co-ordination, planning and production of marketing materials, strategies, and activities, to develop and implement new ideas and support the departmental achievement of targets.
Assists in organising and promoting marketing events and activities including attendance at external and internal events, to help promote a wide range of Hikma products.
Evaluates events/marketing activities and related impact through conducting marketing reports, to ensure Confidential feedback information, impact assessment, and recommend future development plans.
Reviews marketing plans and activities, to ensures all marketing materials reflect the outstanding reputation of Hikma in line with brand guidelines.
Execution process of new product & new launches process in Iraqi market
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
1-3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and commercial sector, preferably marketing.
