Duration of contract:    3 Months (renewable)

Duty Station:                Iraq, Nineveh – Sinuni

Brief description of the organization

Al-Masalla Organization for Human Resources Development is a non-governmental organization registered in the Non-Governmental Organizations Department in the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government. Al-Mesalla has three programs: Nonviolence and peacebuilding program, which focuses on promoting peace and social cohesion within society, where our staff works to promote harmony and coexistence between different citizens, through the various activities that we implement in several Iraqi governorates. The women and Gender program focuses on empowering women to play an active role in society, and this is done through specialized courses and training to help, and empower women economically and build their capacities in various fields. Human Rights Program: It focuses on promoting community empowerment and building its capabilities in various fields, such as childhood development, economic empowerment, environmental development, and others. Also, since June 2014, the Al-Mesalla has developed its services to the refugee and displaced communities in Iraq, where it hastened to provide emergency support to the displaced by working in the camps, to help them overcome the humanitarian crisis.

Job discription 

• Cleaning the Office.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors.
• Vacuum uncarpeted areas.
• Emptying and cleaning boxes.
• Spot clean spills.
• Cleaning desks, chairs, and panels.
• Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries.
• Cleaning doors and windows.
• Check stock levels of cleaning supplies.
• Cleaning and emptying of rubbish and rubbish.
• Refill and place soap and sanitary napkins in the toilet.
• Report all defects/risks immediately to the caretaker or supervisor.

  تفريغ وتنظيف الصناديق.

  تنظيف البقع من الانسكابات.

  تنظيف المكاتب والمقاعد والألواح.

  تنظيف مناطق المرحاض والحمامات.

  تنظيف الأبواب والنوافذ.

  فحص مستويات مخزون مواد التنظيف.

  تنظيف وتفريغ والقمامة.

  إعادة تعبئة ووضع الصابون والمناديل الصحية في المرحاض.

الإبلاغ عن جميع العيوب / المخاطر على الفور إلى القائم بالرعاية أو المشرف.

• Preference will be given to applicants who have experience as a cleaner in schools, offices, and others.• Applicants must be above 19 years of age.
• Ability to work daily inside the building.
• High school Degree or less.
• Speaks Arabic and Kurdish.
• The applicant must be from Duhola-Snuny.
• One (1) year of Experience in the field of working with NGOs.

The skills and experience you will need:

• Perform other related duties as required.
• Follow Al Mesalla policies and procedures.

ستعطى الأفضلية للمتقدمين الذين لديهم خبرة في النظافة في المدارس والمكاتب وغيرها • يجب أن يكون المتقدمون فوق سن 19.
القدرة على العمل اليومي داخل المبنى.
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو أقل.
يتكلم العربية والكردية.
يجب أن يكون المتقدم مند دهولا – سنونى .
سنة خبرة واحدة (1) في مجال العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية.
