Driver-Partner Performance: Assessing the performance of our driver-partners and pinpointing areas that necessitate improvement.
Supply Chain Optimization: Leveraging data to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain management.
Data-Driven Decisions: Offering data-based recommendations and insights to enhance supply department operations.
Database Management: Proficiently utilizing SQL to proficiently manage and extract pertinent data.
Data Visualization: Crafting data visualizations and reports for supply department stakeholders.
Collaboration: Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of supply department operations.
Continuous Learning: Remaining current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to supply chain and operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Operations Management).
- Minimum of one year of practical experience in data analysis within a supply chain or operations context.
- Proficiency in SQL for proficient data manipulation and extraction.
- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
- Adaptability and the capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
