- Recruitment and Talent Sourcing: Lead the recruitment efforts for outsourced staff,
collaborating with internal teams to identify talent needs, source candidates,
conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Onboarding and Mobility Management: Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding
process for all outsourced staff, ensuring compliance with legal, HR, and immigration
requirements. Coordinate relocation, visa processing, work permits, and other
mobility-related tasks as necessary.
- HR Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all
staff members. Ensure compliance with local regulations, employment laws, and
internal policies related to employee documentation, contracts, and legal
requirements.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with various internal teams, including
recruitment, legal, finance, and operations, to streamline the onboarding process
and ensure a seamless experience for all new hires. Collaborate with external
stakeholders, such as governmental agencies and service providers, to facilitate
smooth operations.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for newly onboarded staff, providing
guidance and support regarding HR policies, benefits, and general queries related to
their employment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and improve the
recruitment, onboarding, and mobility processes, implementing best practices to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, onboarding progress,
compliance status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success
and efficiency of the processes.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in recruitment, mobility management, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or cross-border setting.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, immigration regulations, and compliance
requirements in Erbil and Baghdad.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to
handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships
with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
- Ability to travel as required between Erbil and Baghdad.
