Overview: the main role of incentive Workers – Enumerators: ( Service Contract – Daily Rate) is to:

 

General Duties:

– Adhere to NRC policies and Code of Conduct.

– Maintain attendance at NRC-office in Kirkuk upon request.

– Attend any assigned trainings provided by NRC or other partners.

– Build positive relationship with the beneficiaries and staff during the work with NRC.

– Ensuring the safety of the equipment and devices during assessments.

– Working directly with the M&E team to collect the necessary information from the beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries.

– Maintain confidentiality of beneficiaries and NRC information.

المهام العامة بالوظيفة:

1. الإمتثال لإجراءات سياسات المجلس النرويجي للاجئيين.
2. المواضبة على الحضور الى مكتب المجلس النرويجي للاجئيين في محافظة كركوك عند الطلب.
3. المشاركة في التدريبات المقدمة من قبل المجلس النرويجي للاجئين أو شركائها.
4. بناء علاقة إيجابية مع المستفيدين والموظفين أثناء العمل مع المجلس النرويجي للاجئين.
5. التأكد من الحفاظ على سلامة الأجهزة والمعدات التابعة المجلس النرويجي للاجئين.
6. العمل بشكل مباشر مع قسم المراقبة والتقييم لجمع المعلومات الضرورية من المستفيدين وغير المستفيدين.
7. الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المستفيدين ومعلومات المجلس النرويجي للاجئين.

Specific Duties:

 

1. Conducting data collection from the field for Monitoring and Evaluation activities with beneficiaries’ non-beneficiaries within the target communities.
2. Support the programe staff in sensitizing target communities on NRC Community Accountability Response Mechanism (CARM).
3. Conducting KIIs, FGDs and Surveys as requested.
4. Carry out field monitoring visits and follow-ups.
5. Carrying out PDMs, PIMs, Classroom observations and Outcome surveys.
6. Conduct qualitative and quantitative field monitoring and verification of project implementation.
7. Any other task relevant to the position as requested by M&E Coordinator.

 

المهام الخاصة بالوظيفة:

جمع البيانات لأغراض المراقبة والتقييم من المستفيدين وغير المستفيدين في المناطق المستهدفة.

1. دعم موظفي البرامج في تعريف آلية الإستجابة والمسائلة المجتمعية لأعضاء المجتمع في المناطق المستهدفة.
2. إجراء المناقشات الجماعية المركزة و المناقشات الفردية والتقييمات حسب الطلب.
3. إجراء متابعات وزيارات لأغراض المتابعة والتقييم.
4. إجراء تقييمات ما بعد التوزيع وتقييمات ما بعد التنفيذ والمسوحات/التقييمات النهائية للمشاريع.
5. إجراء تقييمات حقلية نوعية وكمية للتحقق من تنفيذ المشاريع.
6. أي مهمة أخرى حسب طلب منسق/ة المراقبة والتقييم.

 

Required qualifications:

6. The applicant’s age is at least 18 years old (ID will be to prove age).
7. Good knowledge of using assessment applications (CTO Survey, KoBo Collect, ODK … etc).
8. Good communication
9. Knowledge of basic computer
10. Fluency in the Arabic language, reading and writing is
11. Previous experience working with NGOs is a point of comparison for the

 

1. الدرجة الجامعة المفضلة.

2. اجادة اللغة المحلية.

3. القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

4. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

5. القدرة على العمل في بيئه متعددة الثقافات.

6. ان لايقل عمر المتقدم عم 18 عاما ( ستطلب هوية الاحوال المدنيه لاثبات العمر).

7. معرفه جيده باستخدام تطبيقات التقييم( ODK, KoBo Collect, CTO Survey) ….الخ. 

8. مهارات التواصل الجيد.

9. معرفة مهارات الحاسوب الاساسية.

10. اتقان اللغه العربيه , القراءه والكتابه امر ضروري.

11. الخبره السابقه في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكوميه هي نقطه مقارنه لمقدم الطلب.
