The Mission

The Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.

More About The Role

  • Perform all-source exploitation of documents and media from operations and detainees. Coordinate with outside organizations such as DIA Office of Exploitation and CONUS-based DIA NMEC for exploitation/analysis when required. Author, publish, and disseminate IIRs in applicable databases.
  • Research, develop, present, and publish all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
  • Provide input to multiple agencies of the national intelligence community requirements and objectives.
  • Research, develop, and present post-graduate level intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for senior leadership.
  • Assist with resolution on difficult and complex analytical problems.
  • Assist with the all-source analysis and production of various tailored intelligence products specifically focused on Document Exploitation (DOMEX) and Media Exploitation (MEDEX) while supplying analytical support for senior military leaders’ decision making.
  • Attend informational, collaboration and intelligence meetings, VTCs and/or telecons as required.
  • Analyze, report, manage database, and dissemination of Intelligence reports & product development, analytical briefings and annexes.
  • Enter finished intelligence products into intelligence reporting programs of record, to ensure data is readily available to the intelligence enterprise. Include a roll up of all uploaded products in the weekly activity report.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI
  • At least four years all-source research, analysis, and production experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF – 1N051 All Source Intelligence Analyst, 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst
  • Associates Degree OR four additional years of direct relevant intelligence analysis experience.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements
  • Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information
  • Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior active duty military or DoD civilian either CT, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, HUMINT, CI or military analysis
  • Full proficiency (including complex Boolean logic queries) with standard all-source intelligence research tools such as: Palantir, Pathfinder / TRAX, Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Query Tree, CIDNE, M3 / AMHS, Analyst Notebook, open source research, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), TIDE, Pulse, CCD, QLIX, and / or Google Earth (proficiency with all of the listed systems is preferred, but not required).
  • A minimum of one year of experience using BI2R Based
