On-Site Coordinator (OSC) - IQ Talent Marketplace

The On-Site Coordinator (OSC) will assist deployed Linguists, in a SOCOM environment. OSCs will reside at the forward Headquarters (HQ) of Task Force elements or other Task Force locations as designated by the COR. OSCs shall assist the OSM in coordinating the work locations with the designated on-site Government representative and the COR to ensure requirements and logistics of the contract are being met. The OSC’s shall be responsible for coordinating all aspects of deployment and re-deployment of Linguists with the PM and COR coordination and approval.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide operational, administrative, and management support to all Valiant and subcontractor linguists in the assigned area of operation
• Support day to day actions to ensure Valiant is providing quality service and support to the customer in the assigned area of operations
• Communicate any new changes, requirements, concerns, and issues to the On-Site Manager (OSM)
• Conduct daily meetings with the customer to ensure that expectations are properly managed and that all requirements defined by the SOW are being met.
• Coordinate with the customer to support linguist schedules and travel
• Ensure the linguist health, morale, and welfare requirements are met
• Ensure linguist adhere to established customer regulations and standards of conduct
• Ensure that linguists adhere to work schedule and all administrative procedures and requirements
• Handle administrative matters concerning the linguists
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizens and in possession of a final SECRET security clearance (threshold) granted by cognizant authority.
• A minimum of one-year of managerial experience at the operational/tactical level of warfare within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
• Additional years of general experience in Special Operations or significant knowledge of Special Operations is desirable.
• High School graduate, with Bachelor’s Degree preferred. In lieu of education requirement, the Government may, at its discretion, accept actual, extensive work-related experience managing personnel in a DTAAC or ODTAAC as a substitute.
• Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
