- Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, industry events, and networking.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our logistics services and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present competitive and compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and secure long-term contracts while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding competitive offerings and adjustments needed to stay ahead in the market.
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate client feedback to internal teams for continuous service enhancement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Previous experience as sales rep specially with logistics companies.
- Fluent in Englis/ Kurdish & Arabic.
- Willing to manage outdoor sales.
- Willing to work with different teams
- High analytical skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of logistics soultions.
