Details duties and responsibilities:
Develop and oversee processes of recruitment of new staff, including
orientation to the organization’s principles and values.
Prepare contracts for all staff and maintain all documentation related to the
staff up-to-date at all the time.
Keep quality records of contracts, hires, promotions, attendance, timesheet,
leave, grievances, performance reviews, and terminations.
Assist the Director with the personnel plan for the organization and the

resolution of employee relations issues.

Three years of professional experience in human resources and organizational
development work, particularly with NGOs or UN agencies.
Knowledge of labor laws of federal and Kurdistan regional governments.
Fluency in written and spoken Kurdish, Arabic and English languages.
Experience in developing and implementing complaints and feedback systems.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing
