Social Mobilizer – Urban Area, Erbil - IQ Talent Marketplace

Under the supervision of the Line Supervisor, the Social Mobilizer will implement the below duties and responsibilities:

• Implement, plan and shape activities in close collaboration with the Line Manager;
• Organize and conduct outreach activities in different modalities, including door-to-door campaigns, community events, information spreading, awareness campaign etc.
• Organize and conduct Focus Group Discussions, Interviews, community consultations with relevant community members;
• Reporting to supervisor and support in adapting the activities to better fit the needs of the beneficiary in the community;
• Collect data of the outreach activities, including copy of awareness material, attendance, pictures, etc. with the purpose of monitoring and evaluation the activities;
• Support supervisor in designing weekly/monthly work plans and reports;
• Support supervisor in designing material to conduct the activities.

• Diploma degree in medical field
• At least 1-year work experience after graduation
• Ability to work as member of a medical team.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and Ability of local language (Kurdish), knowing Arabic is an advantage
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office Apps
