Cost Analyst - IQ Talent Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Verification of the vendor’s invoices in accordance to the contracts terms and conditions, and the applicable controls requirements.
• Lead monthly cost stewardship and forecasting reviews with the business lines.
• Participate in planning and kick-off meetings to ensure common understanding of invoicing process, cost estimating, progress measurement, and change management requirements.
• Provide support to business lines to analyze cost trends, develop and review cost forecasts, and identity and maintain list of cost reduction opportunities.
• Generate cost/expense reports as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business or Science.
• 3+ year experience in Procurement or Controllers/Finance.
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Understanding and good knowledge of contracts and agreements.
• Strong knowledge of systems (Maximo and IDEAS, preferably).
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong analytical, stewardship and reporting skills .
• Well versed in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good documentation skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Willingness to work in remote, changing environment.
