This Opportunity

Perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions and the Performance Work Statement. Operate GATES/GDSS systems as required.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.
  • Responsible for Monitoring, coordinating, advising, and assisting all DOD civilians and contractors when moving in and out of Theater (Deployment and Redeployment) via Military/Commercial Air. Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.
  • Interface between logistics functions such as transportation, PAX movement and passport shuttling to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure desired movement objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance.
  • Preparing adequate documentation for each delivery, following freight-packaging guidelines and requirements as well as marking and labeling hazardous materials according to standard safety regulations
  • Responsible for receiving, validating, and processing, all Transportation Movement Requests (TMR), Joint Movement Requests (JMRs) & Air Movement Requests (AMRs) for the personnel and equipment transiting, originating, terminating, and assigned MCT Area of responsibility.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
  • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
  • Must satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-16 medical requirements to include COVID-9 vaccinations
  • Must be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications

  • Must be a US National and will be required to maintain NAC/Secret clearance.
  • Experience in Air Terminal Ground Handling Services
  • Perform supplemental duties in Aircraft Services or other work centers as required by Supervisor, Lead and Management.
