Description


Essential duties and responsibilities:
 Participates in developing and updating administrative policies and
procedures.
 Supervises tidiness and cleanliness of the office and ensure that utilities are in
place.
 Coordinate with IT staff on IT equipment.
 Keeps in and out documents, including minutes of meetings and official letters.
 Verify staff attendance sheet and timesheet.
 Maintains Procurement Officer, Drivers and Cleaner duty schedules.
 Monitor security situation and report to the Project Coordinator.
 Arranges training halls, transportation, stationery, accommodation and food
during training courses, workshops and educational seminars.
 Provision of communication and phone refresher cards.
 Ensure vehicle maintenance and fuel supply are done on regular basis.
 Coordinate with project coordinators during conducting field visits.
 Responsible for arranging trips for Wchan staff and visitors between various
places within Erbil and Kurdistan region.
 Represents Wchan at different government offices including NGO directorate
and other governmental offices in administrative related tasks.
 Other relevant duties.


Qualifications


Job Requirements:
 Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in administration, business management
or other related fields.
 At least two years of relevant work experience with NGO, national or
international.
 Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in Kurdish, Arabic and
English languages.
 Good organization skills
 Good computer knowledge and skills in MS Office.
 Ability to compute statistical calculations (rate, ratio and percent).
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 Self-motivated, active and willing to work in a team
 Ability to work under deadlines.
